NH Farm & Forest Expo
The non-profit New Hampshire Farm & Forest Exposition has been a winter
standard since 1984. Now in their 29 th year, the Expo provides information
and education on all aspects of agriculture and forestry by bringing the
state’s farming and forestry communities together to share ideas and views
on industry needs, while providing a fun and interesting venue for the public
to learn about these industries and their impact on life in New Hampshire.
The Exposition includes workshops and speaker programs, a large trade
show featuring products, equipment and food, most of which is produced in
New Hampshire and New England, demonstrations and student
competitions, a children’s program with hands-on activities, a farm animal
exhibit, an auction and an annual industry awards reception.

As guests finish up a day of skiing and riding or arrive for the late day festivities, they can enjoy activities beginning at 2pm. Activities change weekly and include fireworks on select dates, games with C-More, magicians and puppets, fireworks, face painting, hypnotists, live entertainment, hot chocolate and s’mores around the fire pit and Aprés Ski with live music in Zip’s Pub.

Manchester St. Patrick's Parade
These days, the St. Patrick's Parade is the largest community event in Manchester. Every year, up to 70,000 people in the greater Manchester area witness the Parade, either lining its one-mile course along Elm Street or viewing at their homes through the live broadcasting. People cheer bagpipers, unicyclists, clowns, dancers, veterans' groups, high school bands and marching units of all types.
