The Bowdoin International Music Festival brings renowned artist instructors, performers, soloists, and gifted pre-professional classical musicians from around the world to beautiful Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine each summer for six weeks of intensive chamber music study, collaboration, and performance.

July 31 & August 1, 2010, Bar Harbor, Maine …The scenic grounds of the College of the Atlantic on Route 3 in Bar Harbor, Maine will come alive with color, flavor and music for the Bar Harbor Summer Arts & Craft Festival on July 31 & August 1, 2010 Over 100 Juried Craftsmen and women will display and sell their American made works including Fine Jewelry, Turned Wood, Original Watercolors, Pottery, Scarves, Quilts, Photography, Painted Antiques, Metal Sculpture, Decoupage, Flags, Wall Hangings, Clocks, Lamps, Hats, Ceramics, Dolls, Quilts, Bonsai, Stained Glass, Candles, Soap, Primitive and Folk Art, Painted Slate, Signs, Soft Sculpture, Dried Floral, Fleece, Leather, Botanicals, Dolls, Oil Paintings, Calligraphy, Tapestry, Pewter, Cheese Boards, Gourds, Celtic Arts, Puzzles, Herbal Dips, Maple Products, Roasted Nuts, Jams, Jellies and much more. The Schoodic Arts Festival

The Schoodic Arts Festival is a two week festival that covers over eighty workshops, evening performances, and a Silent
Auction. The workshops will include Indian and Japanese and Mexican cooking techniques, and the crafts ones can teach you
how to built a Adirondack chair, hand-crafted boxes and baskets, boatbuilding and other skills. Dance classes are available for

at 3pm on Sunday, August 1st and tables will begin closing at 5:30pm. It can offer bidders a selection of art, fine crafts,

The Maine Lobster Festival

Rockland’s lobster festival has the world’s greatest lobster cooker, a sea goddess, a big parade, top notch entertainment, an
international crate race, fine art, talented crafts people and vendors, tours of a US Navy ship and Coast Guard station,
pancakes, free shuttle service, professional and amateur cooking contests, information on marine heritage, road races, kids
events and over 20,000 pounds of lobster. Events for the kids are suffused with the more lobster influenced events, and there
are eighteen contestants for the crown of the Maine Sea Goddess. In addition to the Festival’s lobster dishes you can choose
from steamed and fried clams, fried Maine shrimp, shrimp cocktail, steamed mussels in wine and vegetable sauce for you
