Swiss Days inaugural evening is started with the opening ceremony at 6pm, and
spends its first evening in a softball game, quilt
show, Jessop’s Amusement Rides, Jay Fox and the Bavarian Showtime Band
and presentations of ‘In Grand Old Switzerland’
and ‘Nero Bloom: Private Eye’ in the Burkhalter auditorium. Following
days will allow its visitors to participate in the fair’s

The Fair’s carnival will be starting at 6.30pm on Sunday, July 1st, and
the demolition derby takes place on the evening of July
6th and 7th. Other events will include dirt-bike and vehicle displays at the
grandstand, an antique machinery show, baby
contests, youth talent shows and a cheerleading competition. Information is

Friday’s events at Frankfort’s Hotdog Festival will have America’s
Got Talent stars Tony Hoard and Wonder Dog Rockin’
Rory, Patsy Cline and Willie Nelson on board, as well as the firefighter training
and marionette puppet shows. You can see the
Clinton Central School and The Tap Academy’s square dancers and line dancing
before the evening’s street dancing, singing
and karaoke. Saturday starts with a 5K run/walk, the classic car and truck show
and dachshund competition. Midnight
Special’s classic rock from the 70's & 80's is followed by hits from
the 60’s. Applications for the events are available online,
and this is the Festival’s sixteenth anniversary.

Hoagland’s Agricultural Day is an all day event that starts at breakfast
from 7.30am. Access is free, and the majority of events
and stalls will be open from 9am. The morning’s activities will be a flea
market, tractor rodeo, displays of modern and old
tractors, pony rides, gardening help and a petting zoo. The afternoon goes on
to show the Cow Paddy Plop, children’s games,
the Harmony Grits concert, a tug of war and trophy awards.
